The raw glass tubes used to make eyes prostheses is illuminated in subdued light. The tubes are hung at different eye levels. A closer look reveals fine glass threads that wind through the vein-red color inside the tubes and are reminiscent of blood vessels or nerve tracts. The interplay of organic and raw elements creates an ambivalent tension between naturalness and artificiality.
